What?? Didn't you go out and get like a $500 RAIN suit??? What a better way to try it out and see if it actually works and days like today.

But I do hear you on the weather. I'm at home watching the Wings and Tigers play. Only two more weeks to the day....

Buzz wait a couple of years and you'll say "DAMN I HATE WORK WISH I DRAW A BASS UNDER A LOG WITH OLE BUZZ UP THEIR TRYING CATCH IT. Enjoy your youth while you can, because art class is a lot better than going to work every day.

No kidding, buzz-go try that high dollar rain suit you were bragging about.

I'll trade you the wet and LOW pressure for the bluebird skies, 20+ MPH north winds and the barometer through the roof we have here now. It is 75 degrees, though

Ditto what bcklash said. Wait until you get out in the real world-you will long for those carefree days of youth when you didn't have to work 40+ a week and weekends, too.

Conditions: Overcast with rain showers, 20-35 mph winds, 42 F.

Even with my Gore-Tex and 45 lb. trolling motor, that would be hard to manage. I'm hoping I'll be able to get out Wednesday or Thursday and hang some. Who knows...

42!?! We had 32, rain, I went fishing with a cold, and without a suit! Too bad I didn't catch any fish to show you. But I hear you, Buzz. Tomorrow is supposed to be chilly, but after that, the whole 15 day forecast is for 60 degrees.

I agree. Use your new suit. Deal with the wind. And one question comes to mind: Why are you fishing if the Season isn't open yet!?

Dude, I'm still waiting for the ice to go OUT..trust me, the first day that there's open water I'll be on it...unless of course the apocolypse occurs, but that would just be my luck.

I would've went if the damn winds wouldn't blow me at 10 miles per hour! Even with a trolling motor, those 30 mile per hour winds would be unbearable!
