Default June 30th Double Report

Hot and humid...hot and humid..I love it. I am a creature of the heat. Started at low tide with some poppers and got some good hits that never hooked up. Strange how two sets of trebles and a smashing hit results in a lost fish. But it happens. Tide turned in and we headed for the pads and with in minutes we had a hookup on a pesky LGMouth that wrapped some pads and escaped. Thinking that we had this smell on the boat we needed some good mojo..two more fish missed our frogs and the smell got stronger. Then a tremendous hit and our first fish of the evening was a snakehead. We then picked our way thru a dozen bass landing several chunky ones. Ended with a nice LGMouth. Great evening and excellent crew.

Customer canceled so I had to find something to do last night.
