i was at a little pond and the only thing i could catch them on was a bobber and a worm. That requires no skill at all.

Some people say there are aliens, Lochness monster, ghosts, bigfoot.......
Believe what you want Cranky but what your throwing comes way behind where you're throwing it. By using live bait it may help you learn something.

As far as your I'm not good enough attitude, thats just stupid. What if Orville and Wilbur Wright had that attitude? No we would still be flying but somebody else would have flown first instead of them. Kinda like somebody is going to catch those smallmouth because you can't or you're not skilled enough. Just do it.

Sorry for the rant but "I can't " is a pet peeve of mine especially if ou don't try.

IL. There was a person named Glenn Hammond Curtiss from where I grew up Hammondsport, NYwas very much involved in aviation , was a part of the wright brothers flight, but wasn't known for it except here in his home town. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glenn_Curtiss

Default Hey Cranky, Why Do Indians Worship Rats?

Changing gears here a second, I had to ask,

I saw a documentary of India people worshiping RATS, they think rat saliva
heals sickness, they even let the rats drink milk and then the humanoids drink after them...ya ever seen any of the homies doing this back in India?

Have ya ever been to this temple Cranky?

Wrong attitude cranky. Cant never can do. Tell my kids that all the time. They the same fish just have to use different techniques to catch SPECIFCALLY one or the other. In some cases u will catch both of them together. Sometimes but not all the time. Keep pounding away at both the lm and the sm and you will get better.

cranky,
fishing for smallmouth is just about like largemouth, the biggest dif. is that a smallmouth will jump more, and will hardley ever give up!

well i suppose o could try, but losing a fish would deeply hurt. after so long of not even having a fight with a fish, hooking into one and it outfighting me would eb crushing

jb- most people in india worship cows. that is a different region youre asking about. i live on the east side of india, where rat are considered typical vermin. they are not sacred at all. cows on the other hand, it is illegal to harm them by hand. youre allowed to whack em with sticks to get them to move though. never been to that temple, only temples ive been to is the konark and jai shri jagannath

cranky,
i figured these rat people cult were a small sector of india beliefs, its like any crazy cult here in america where some nut starts a cult and ends up brainwashing 100's of lost souls to eventually do his bidding
