Default Happy Birthday MississippiBoy

I know you want a new boat and all new rods, reels and tackle.
How about some warm weather will that do?
Happy 30th Birthday Daniel.

Thanks, guys. I appreciate it.
I love my wife...took me out to eat last night at Amerigo, a veeery good Italian place. While we were there, we discussed the fish finder she's getting me. I casually mentioned that I wanted a new rod/reel combo, and she whips out a wrapped package and gives it to me. Yep, my new reel. It's the Bass Pro David Fritts reel, 6.4:1 gear ratio. She got the right reel, but wasn't sure of which ratio I wanted, so I get to take it back to Bass Pro and exchange it for the 4.7:1, and pick out a rod while I'm there.
Plus some more DD22's, a couple spinnerbaits, some tubes, a spool of fluorocarbon, some shaky head worms...ok, I need to stop there...

Yes, she's 23 and beautiful. If you touch her, you die. That is all.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

Ok, so I have to brag on my wife some more. Sorry, if you don't like it, don't read any farther.

She surprised me last night with a birthday dinner at P.F. Chang's, along with about 17 other friends and family members. I had no clue, I thought we were meeting one couple for a little dinner, nothing major. But no, Louann brought out the big guns.
Besides good food and great company, she gave me a new Humminbird 570 fish finder. Remember, she's already given me a new reel, and I thought that was all I was getting. She definitely hit the ball out of the ballpark on this one.
Oh, and did I mention that the birthday cake was a largemouth?

We left nothing but the bones...

Louann done good didn't she. Now either she really loves her man or she's setting you up. I've never been set up that good.

Dang it all, boy! Ya did good! Happy Birthday, Daniel. When is HER birthday? You are going to be on the hook for some major birthday shopping now! lol!
Great reel and I agree with the gear ratio choice, not only the DD-22s but other cranks as well!
