Default Congratulations to Brent Chapman

2012 Elite Series Angler of the Year. He's had an amazing season. He won the first Central Open event on Lake Lewisville, won the Elite event on Toledo Bend and finished in the top 12 in 5 of 8 regular season events. He seems like a really good guy too.

I like Chapman, he does seem like a really good guy...down to earth type of guy. After finally catching up on the Elite series this year I'd figure he was gonna get it!

Congrats to him!!!!

I am really happy for Brent. He seems like a good guy and what a season he put together.

I should also mention Brandon Card won the Rookie of the Year today too. He had a great season and edged out Cliff Prince for the award. So, congratulations Brandon Card!

I'd say Kansas boys are tuff. Brent had a dream season. I have met him a few times and he seems like a real good person.
