New Year Resolutions
Hope everyone has a happy and prosperous NEW YEAR. Any resolutions besides fishing goals?
1. Give up the Copenhagen 2. Drop about 100 pounds. Damn doctors. 3. Work less, spend more time with family. 4. Get back on track w/ schooling. Coming from this group this could be interesting. Oh yeah and my every year resolution- have a entertaining evening w/ the victoria secrets swimsuit models, all of them at once.

What are your plans for kicking the Copenhagen? Anything to make it easier, or just quit? I know I need to quit, just can't convince myself to actually do it.

For you guys wanting to quit Copenhagen-I quit almost 4 year ago-it was not easy. First, you have to decide you want to quit-until you get to that point you won't quit, you will just stop and start. I tried to quit many, many times until I finally decided to quit for good. I also used Nicorette to help-it made a big difference. It also helps to distract youself-I practiced pitching a jig into a cool whip container in tha back yard. It is tough, but once you decide you want to quit you can do it-if I could quit, anybody can quit.

and i heard this from my dare officer- if youre ever addicted to cigarettes, every time you feel like a cig, try finding something else to do, like eat a bag of popcorn. also, tell your salesclerck (assuming you buy from there often) you promised yourself youd quit, and remind you every time

I have had my share of dips and such though I hate to admit it. I stopped a few weeks ago when I got caught. Skoal not Copenhagen though theres not a lot of difference. I want to concentrate on my school work more so I can actually have a social life next semester rather than sittin at home grounded. I also want to give my elders a little more respect than I have been givin them lately. And to kill a dam deer. I am in a slump with shootin deer and im ready to get out of it......
