You think the oil companies are bad? Today the price of PEANUT BUTTER is expected to soar about 40%. I guess in order to save a little money I'm going to have to eat sandwiches with MEAT in them.

For whats its worth: If you eat just one peanut a day fro 365 days in a row you will gain one pound.(all other things being equal of course)

Here's a little tip. If you don't like the way your homemade peanut butter separates (the oil comes out of it), substitute one tablespoon of shortening for the peanut oil. If you have a good blender, it will then stay creamy like store bought.
