Need To Take a Stand!!

Hey Guys –

Not sure how may of you know, but President Obama is coming after us fisherman. In the next 30 to 60 days he is looking to make all public sport fishing illegal. He is set on ruining this country; there is no doubt about it! We already have a struggling economy and now he wants to shut down a multi-billion dollar industry, all because of some left-wing activists! This has been spread around already several times.... it was an opinion piece that got out of hand...

Obama is not "coming after us fishermen" nor does he want to outlaw sport fishing. Just because one person might've made a suggestion doesn't mean it'll happen. Chances are slim and none.

In fact, it was federal action (Clean Water Act) that led to turning Lake Erie from the "Dead Sea" into the fabulous smallie and walleye fishery that it is today.

Very true, but that was an extreme circumstance. Since swimming in Erie at that time would have probably sterilized, melted your skin, or both
