FOR REAL, MISSED 3 ON A SPRO FROG RIGHT OFF

. then went up into jones cove and missed 2 more

. yes i am rusty as he77! lol. sun came out in full force and the bass shut down on me. then the wind kicked up to 20-25 mph..........yeah.

yeah i am PISSED and don't wanna talk about it.

Aw dont worry about it john. Better then sittin at home doing what ever right?

Winder the heel here too, caught a decent pike but that's about it.. fishin's been sorta tough here too.

sammy, thanks pal. it's jsut that i haven't gotten to go fishing very much at ALL this year and it's gotten me down a LOT. and not being able to go to guntersville but 4-5 times is a KILLER for me. but yes..it'll be ok. there is always next year, spring is gonna come along. maybe next year i will be able to go more often.

Sorry to hear your day went like that John. It started fairly well for me but like you, as soon as the brite sunny skies took over it all ended. I hope your able to get back out again soon bud.

Sorry for the tough day John. Frogs can be bitter sweet, they get a lot of bites but you can miss a lot of fish too. Better luck next time.

Sorry to hear the news. Didn't know it was that bad.....

I know it's in the plans to one day make the trip this direction but I think if I ever get you on the river you'll never want to leave!!!

well smitty.....one day pal. one day.

the wind has blown non stop since yesterday morning. sure hop it settles down by the end of the month. heading over to mississippiboys mudhole, hahaha.

Winds been horrible here too. Hope it cools down for the 2 day I have on Ky lake Fri-Sat or it's going to be a rough day.
