Holy Crap... How's This For A Deal?!?

Stopped by a local tackle shop today a little south of town... my main reason for stopping was because I heard they were selling the inventory to another shop owner, and it was going to close down. Well today was the last day the shop was going to be open... The guy behind the counter said he could cut me a deal on the reels left in the case... in the end the guy told me all reels in the case were 50% off!!! The only thing of interest to me (he had a lot of really old stock Abu's and some really Old Quantums) was a Daiwa Sol Casting Reel and a Shimano Core 100MG both brand new. We agreed on $300 for both of the reels out... no tax and out the door price! I really need to stay out of the tackle shops....

He did have a few lefties, but not many... I think I saw a Daiwa Advantage, a Leftie Core, and a Quantum Smoke.

Hahahaha, it's pretty bad when people are claiming your brand new reels before you've even had a chance to fish them.

Well, it was... he was moving everything out of the shop that day... he said had we showed up 20 minutes later, everything would be gone. Everything was pretty well boxed up, except for the few reels in the display case.
