Default Storm WildEye Curl Tail Minnow?

Has anybody used them?

I just picked some up that are 3" long, and in the shiner color. Matches the bait fish around here rather well, along with the shad. That's what made them appealing to me.

How in the world do you fish them though, I can't imagine jigging them would work well, maybe run them like a crankbait or a spinnerbait? And also, what type of water would they be best for. I'm doing some dock fishing tomorrow on a bank around a lot of vegitation, and they seem like they would be good for that. But then again, I'm new to fishing, and really have no clue what I'm talking about. Just all theories in my head.

I just chunk and wind them, just like a crankbait or spinnerbait.

i use both ways. running it like a spinnerbait, and bouncing it off the bottom.
both have been very productive for me and fishinfortune in the winter. some days we get 10+ each!

I've been having this problem too. Dont get me wrong they catch fish, but you'll lose a good number of them.

Thanks guys for the information. My fiance's dad said he hasn't caught anything on them, but never really worked with them to figure out how to work them. Not to worried about losing them anyway, for a pack of 6 it only cost me 2.99.

That's what's great to me about fishing. This summer, I broke a 30 dollar pole and the guy I was fishing with just about lost it. I wasn't to worried about it, cause 30 bucks compared to a racecar engine that we've blown 3 of them up in the past two years, is nothing!
