Default City Limits

It's 5am and I turn it to Vs to watch Mike Ike, and low and behold, City Limits Fishing is in my town, Jacksonville. I never expected that. It really makes me wanna get out there. So far they have boated a flounder and a few small reds.

Dang I wish I could fish with Ike!

Well they didn't bag their limit. they caught a ton of fish, but they were mostly too small. they were going for a slam, with one flounder, one red, and five speckled trout. They got the flounder and three trouts. The rest of the fish were just too small.

Still it was sweet to see them fishing my home town!

Yea when they came to Nashville and fished my home waters... and regrettably some of my fishing holes... but seeing my fishing spots being fished by a bass pro makes me feel as if i am at least doing something right. BTW the Nashville episode is bar far my favorite

Yeah one more cast and shows like that get to me , I like hunt for big fish , city limits , bass pro's, linders angling edge, north american fisherman and a few of the others . Is the versus's channel owned by Espn , I always thought they were a separate entity .

Amen to that, brother. I watched a show the other day and it was a 30 minute infomercial on Trokar hooks.

Not too long ago, I got a DVR hooked up to one set and began taping some series shows. Amazing how many were repeated over and over and over! One I remember well was Fishing the Great Lakes - I think they only made about 6 of these and reshow them over and over. I switched to exclude reruns, but not much gets taped anymore!
