Default Rapala DT Series

I've been checking out some of the rapala DT series and i saw they offer some with sure set hooks. I was just wondering if these hooks make a difference or not?

And for diving depth, what depth do yall use the most? I was trying to find the most useful depth, because im trying to get into using more crankbaits, to be a more well-rounded angler, but i cant afford to go out and buy 6 or so crankbaits at one time, im on a college kids budget.

they work but not like advertised. dt10 and dt16 are awesome for largemouth in fall.i use firetiger, bluegill, or perch. depth is all location dependant. try three different depth's.fish shallow, medium and deep. try different approaches and speeds when retrieving. also try to hit structure, often results in a strike. good luck

I ueThe DT6 & Ft 7.The flat series work alot better for me, I have got to get the FT 3 series that is out now.I took the sure grip hooks off and put Gamakatsu EWG hooks on, The Gamakatsu EWG' s miss a few fish, but when they do hook up they're not getting off on the way in.P N J
