Default Some What clear water lots of stumps,& structu

This is a 65 acre lake that i go to often i use many different kinds of plastics, spinerbaits . We catch all kinds of little ones. about 8 to 14 inches long but no big ones. I know they are in there because the owner has turned many of them lose in there. Any tips that i should try to pull out a big one

i would say lighter lines when possible and find the clearist line u can more subtle slower delicate presentations
pig and jig round the structure and maybe a tiny brush hog maybe bigger baits
or u could bypass that all and do it the easy way
Dynamite
lol
i hoped i helped but if all else fails dynamie will put dinner in the fryer

i fished every where in the lake
around falllen, standing tree. banks
there are more bass out there than anythin g
there are perch crappie and some cats
the lake is real shallow in some spots but deeper in others i have had more luck in the shallow spots that anywhere

you may have a population problem.......there may not be enough bait fish to go around.......but you cant be sure.....just because you arnt catching big bass doesnt mean there is a problem.......i would try shadows and deep water.....keep workin it!

i know there are some big one in there because i have seen them either jump out of the water or seen them in the shallow water but can not get them to bite. I get most of my action of of a spinnerbait or a finesse worm. I just want to hook a big one what baits work best

no baits work best.....i have told you 2 baits that might work...i would also try jig n pigs....and crank and spinnerbaits....but keep trying new techniques and new lures.........sounds like the bass are gunna make you work for the bite........

Matt, Use colors that are natural, fish slow and make the baits blend in with its surroundings. You may have to cast many times in the same areas until you figure out how to fish more efficient for them. P N J

last night i got back from bass pro shops at sprngfield mo and i bought a couple hundred dollars worth of lures mostly plastice like worms finesse worms brush hogs lizards and a bunch more stuff that i have never tired
what is the best way to rig up a brush hog .... i have never fished one before ... i have heard alot of good things about the brush hog ..... i talked to a few people in bass pro about them. they said that was what they went to when nothing else seemed to work . also what is the best rig for a lizard. i have fished them some but not very much...

I would throw some crankbaits try different depths. And C-rig a cotton candy baby brush hog, I've had luck with it in clear water.

When trying to catch bigger bass stick to soft plastic.
I would try a lizard or 10-12 inch worm. Try colors such brown or purple. I might even try a jig n' pig also great for bigger bass, i caught a nice one on it just last weekend.
