Default Finally got back out

Well headed out this morning with my bro and pop and while my brother had prob his best outing of the season the morning was not so good to me, I only ended up with one bass a pickerel and a crappie that hit a spinner bait , my brother got a catfish on a spinner to so the was kinda fun . his best fish went for 2.5lbs . well there's always next time .

Hey man, might not be the day of the year, but you can't catch them out the house. How hot is it up there?

hot whats that? it has been in the 70's and mostly raining for the last month or so today it made it to about 76 , it has been a nice mild summer so far warm enough to enjoy being outside but not to hot to make ya want to stay inside either .

Come down this way and it will change your mind real quick. Triple digits on the bank sign almost every day the past month. And what's rain?

Even if ya don't catch anything, It's still nice to be out fishing.

it was 90 here today, but like 115% humidity. Then the wind picked up and the humidity backed down to about 105%. I couldn't deal with triple digits, although you southern boys never had to deal with single digits! (which I think is much worse)

The way I look at it you can always bundle up in the winter to stay warm , but in the summer you can only remove so much clothing and still be allowed in public .

Same here in Michigan. We had one hot week where it hovered in the 90s and broke 100 one day. Other than that, I'm keeping my sweatshirt handy for any breezy mornings at work
