gone fishin
went fishin today on the golf coarse pond, i went to a different pond, same coarse. i wasnt having much luck. caught 2 a 3.2 lb'er and a 4'' baby bass. caught the first one on a single little pile of lillies, not more then 4 lillies there. he fought like a 10+ lb bass. i was gettin the scale out cause i thought it was a fish of a lifetime, thats how hard he fought. if yopu find a patch of structure on a golf coarse, and it doesnt have much, then fish it because it is gaureenteed to have a bass on it. caught him on a redbug senko. second one was on a spinnerbait. didnt even know i had a bass on till i got it up to me. he was really little. then it got dark, and i was fishin the spinnerbait and had a fish of a lifetime on, this bass was 10+ lbs. it jumped out of the water and threw the spinnerbait. i was really mad at myself for letting him jump on a spinnerbait because i know how they throw spinnerbaits easy. then i saw a fin sticking out of the water in about a foot of water, at first i thought it was a lilly pad blowing in the wind but as i got close, i saw that it was a huge carp. didnt bother trying to catch it cause i didnt feel like messin with a carp. altho catching a big carp might have had some good game qaulities. any ways, im goin back out sunday. i will be fishin new ponds.
