Default Good for him but stings a little.

At our small local lake we have bouys around the lake. There is one that is my spot. I mean every time me and my fishing partner go there I can catch them all day on there. I fish the bouy itself and the grass surrounding it. My buddy has caught maybe one or two fish at my spot. We both call it my spot because I am the one who is always catching them from there, however he stole it. He was fishing from the bank, usually we are on my boat. If you throw as far as you can you can barely reach it. Not the average fisherman can reach it from land. On with the stealing of the spot. So while I am at work today he goes fishing and this is what he catches. Its sucks for me but good for him. He said it weighed right at 10 pounds.

Nah, get him all kinds of lures from here on out. I'd start with the Chuck Woolery baits.

That'd work! I'd add a KVD autograph on the side of it.

Poaching is a serious crime in the south. That trap looks like a scale with a hook ahanging from her mouth.

So did he at least release the fish so that you can still have a shot at it?

I would like to think any of my fishing buddies would be happy for me if I caught a big bass, period. You took him to the spot, you've fished there together many times by the sound of it. I hope you aren't really mad at your buddy for catching a big one on "your" spot, it is a public lake right? He did release the fish so it's still there for you to catch. He caught the biggest bass he's probably ever caught in his life, you should be happy for him.

Ok, that's cool then. I was hoping you were being a bit sarcastic in your original post but I wasn't sure. Sometimes it's hard to tell with written words. I would probably give him hell too but only in joking, fun way!!
