When to "power fish"
I am just wondering when do you guys "Power Fish"? The reason I ask is because the small reservoir I fish about 2/3 of the fish I catch hits the bait almost the instant it hits the water. But the others I have to let the lure sit and dead stick it. So under what situations is it best to "Power Fish"?
