protection for tranducer on a trolling motor
I recently installed a transom mount tranducer on my Motorguide trolling motor with the right adapter bracket. What is the best way to protect the tranducer from damage from rocks,stumps,etc. Or do I really need this?Thanks

I use one of these. Keeps the transducer out of harm's way:
