Default First Bass of 2009

For me anyway. He hit a pike minnow on a tip up. Not exactly our target fish of the day, but fun hand-lining him in. Ice is still over 14" thick!

Kevin, I'm not posting a report since bass are out of season here and I was targeting pike

Nice fish!
Must be colder over by you. Buddy at work went half in the water last weekend when the ice broke under him. Starting to warm up a bit.

MIBasser, take a guess! ----Kent of course.

Buzz, Not sure. I didn't measure him, just put him back quickly. He wasn't too big, maybe 3 pounds. He just fit through a 6" hole.
