I am ready to open this box and I am tired of everyone at the office asking me why I haven't opened it. I guess it is up to Jrob to set the date and time to open the gifts....hopefully soon!

My secret Santa is the man! It's obvious that he did some research too because everything in the package is something that I have talked about in the past, and he did some digging too because some of the stuff I haven't talked about recently.

I got:

1. Strike king 5XD in Sexy Shad
2. KVD 1.5 in Sexy Shad.
3. Drop shot weights.
4. Gamakatsu drop shot hooks.
5. Jackall Cross tail shad in Watermelon
6. Economical Bass Baits 1/2oz. Football Jig
7. Janns Netcraft Dominator Sweet Craw Jr.

Big thanks to Santa, you knocked it out of the park buddy!

My secret santa did really well too! I got a great selection of soft plastics.

- 12" Mann's Jelly worms
- 5" Wave Worm Tiki Stiks
- Kinami Nories Bug
- 6" Yamamoto Senkos
- 3 packs of Jackall Flick Shake worms
- 5" Berkley Gulp Sinking Minnows

Everything is great and I will definitely use it all! I'm especially excited about the Nories Bug and the Flick Shake worms. The Jelly worms are impressive! Those suckers are huge.

Thank you very much, I couldn't be more pleased!

When I ripped open my package last night, I saw my favorite color Zara Spook Jr. Right on top!!! I got:

- Zara Super Spook Jr. Wounded Shad
- XCalibur Zell Pop in Z-Shad (truth is, I have been wanting to try the bigger size for a long time, but have not found them locally.... and now i get to try it!!)
- 3/8 oz. Strike King KVD Spinnerbait Chart./White (A favorite of mine also!)
- Replacement Strike King Perfect Skirts in White

A BIG thanks to Santa for his gift giving, and I cannot wait to use my new baits, especially the Zell Pop. (Truth is I am headed out the door right now, and it is already tied on my topwater rod!.

My Secret Santa must know me pretty well looking at what I recieved!!! I love Bandit cranks and I got 3!!. Whats really cool is that I don't have these color patterns, so I am realy excited to get out there and give them a try. I also got 2 packages of the Yum Wooly Hawgtails. One in green pumpkin, the other in black/blue flake. Anyone who's read my threads knows I love pitching small creature baits and I've had my eyes on these for a while. So thankyou Santa. I can't wait to get out and give these a try!!!

Caught them all this morning on my new bigger Zell Pop, 6'9" MH Quantum Smoke, and a Smoke 100HPT reel!

Way to go Ryan! I love the Zell Pop myself and have one of the bigger size. They're great poppers.

So I opened mine this morning:

Trigger X worms in Junebug - I've never used these before, but have thought about trying them. I'm excited to see if I notice and increase in hits from the pheromones.

Zoom Baby Brush Hogs in Kiwi - Cool color. And the Baby Brush Hogs make a good jig trailer as well as pitchin' bait.

7" PowerWorm in Camp - My favorite worm. I've never used this color, but it actually resembles a lot of the colors used for the goby imitating plastics. I bet the smallies will love em.

PowerBait Chigger Craws (2) in Watermelon Candy and Watermelon - Two of my favorites colors and one of my favorite plastics period.

Strike King Series 5 in Blue Chartreuse - I've got a lake in mind for this crank. I don't do any deep cranking in the reservoirs I shore fish on, but many of the lakes we take the boat to are deep. This brightly colored crank will definitely see some action on some of the muddier lakes.

My secret santa did a great job. Half the baits are already proven winners and favorites for me and the other half look great and I'm excited to get on the water and give them a go. Thanks to my Secret Santa!

I opened my box from my Secret Santa and he did an awesome job! All are things that will be producers on Kentucky Lake or in the pond at dad's house!

Spro Little John DD in Spooky Nasty Color
This will be a killer on Kentucky Lake this time of the year.

Big Dandy Custom Lake Fork Spoon
Spoons are usually a great choice for something different than what a lot of folks use on the lake.

Don Iovino Spash-It in Assassin Shad color
I can see this being great in the pond for some top water action or on the lake as the shad start to move to the back of the coves this fall.

Thanks Santa!!!! You are AWESOME!!!!!!!!

I think I covered it all, but I might have missed something. I already put everything in the boat and I made a list before I did so I wouldn't forget anything. What was supposed to be in there? Maybe I forgot something on my list.

Thanks again rrw, you did awesome!

Never mind I know what I forgot to add.

KVD Triple Grips!

I had them on the list I made when I opened the package but I somehow missed them when I posted evertything on here. I love the KVD Triple Grips and was really suprised that Santa picked them up for me in size 4 because that size is next to impossible to find around here.

I hope they work out well for you! I knew you did a lot of ledge fishing on KY Lake so I figured the spoon and Little John would be good for that. The Splash-It is a great little popper. I bought one of each for myself too so maybe they will catch us some fish!

Jrob78,

Thank you so much! You did a great job. When it cools down a little I will give them a try. I figured it was you. You were the only one I knew of with a Texas address. Thanks again!

You did Ryan, somehow I left them off my post even though I had them on my list that I made when I opened the package so I would be sure and not forget anything lol go figure. Anyways I already used 2 of them on the 1.5. They are the best treble hook out there in my opinion and they are hard to come by around here since Academy got destroyed in our May 22nd tornado. You did awesome Ryan, thanks a million buddy!

Since Don got his, I think Bubba is the only one that didn't (before he left anyways). Bubba, at least let us know when your's gets to your house. You could have the wife open it and post some pics for ya!
