Default Any one from South Chicago area

I just moved from Toledo to a south chicago suburb and was wondering where some good fishing spots are within an hour of i-80 and i-57 junction. If anyone knows i would appreciate the info. I left all my fishing buddies back in Ohio as well so if anyone knows of any clubs or anyone wants a fishing buddy lemme know.

It might take a few hours to get there, but check out Newton Lake.
I have never been there but some friends from Indiana go there. There is a warm side to the lake that is a power plant discharge that you can get on late/early in the year.
