Default ICAST Daiwa

OK, so they've got no reels yet, but they have got a New Steez rod! IMO not the best move, I think they should have put a new rod else where, like maybe the zillion series. But they need to get there act together and get with the times. Just my opinion though, could be wrong.

Here's a pic.

No no info other than that yet.

more info:

"Mega Top Technology Added To Daiwa's Steez Rods
Just introduced by Daiwa are two new finesse worm and jig rods with a solid SPX graphite tip. Called Mega Top, the new tip design promises greater casting accuracy and enhanced detection of subtle bites.

Unlike ordinary solid tips, Mega Top is built with an exclusive process that distributes graphite fiber evenly with precise resin control. The result is a tip without a noticeable spine, perfect for pinpoint casting accuracy with lightweight lures. Its flexibility lets you see the most subtle of bites, often before you can actually feel them.

The lower half of the rod is of Bias graphite construction for reduced blank twist and maximum strength. Keeping weight to a minimum are Daiwa's Air Beam reel seat, aluminum reel clamp nut and Air-Foam' grips. Guides are top quality Fuji® Titanium-framed SiC (Silicon Carbide).
