The stratos is a good buy,next the ranger you cant sink one if you tried however a tad slower.
What you have to ask yourself is where will you fish with it,none of those listed would one T fish in say erie,or ky lake for that matter,as a smaller 17 ft boat one can if pleasure fishing stay in a bay or launch near where you wish to fish,but not run 40 miles in 2 1/2-3fters.
For just fishing either one would do you well.
The stratos about mid 60s,at least 61-62,the ranger 59-60,my opinion and have riden in both and owned a ranger the stratos would have a better ride in chop.1 1/2 to 2 ft
