just switch the shifter cables and you should be good to go!
Edit: even easier, just turn the prop around!

You know I have studied this picture intently for about 20 minutes and I think I know what your problem is. It looks to me like the pitch on your prop is too little. I am thinking you might need to take just the prop to your dealer and have them switch it out for another prop, after that you will probably be good.

PS, try getting smarttabs too. That might be causing some of it as well.

I will when I finish tha clean up some. It was so bad I didn't wanna pull it home without a cover. Pretty nasty lookin'. Its comin' around good though. Lotsa rubbin' with 2000 wet and wax. He put a older 2.0 150 on it. Was a die hard fishin' guy that didn't care 'bout what it looked like. This is a "one of a kind" boat. Good friend and hot rodder (passed a few yrs. back) watched over (every day) tha build of tha thing havin' a few different things done on tha "inside" and bottom. Looks like a normal bass boat on tha outside. 22yrs old and NO cracks or rot anywhere. Tryin' ta finish a hot rod for it also. Pics ta come in a short while..............T
