Sounds like a decent price, the galvanized trailer is a plus. I'd want a bigger outboard, but the boat looks to be in very good condition in the pictures, but I'd like to know when they were taken. They could be recent (most likely) or a couple years old. Sounds like the seller is being honest - so if it's what YOU'RE looking for, go for it. As for the charger, not a big issue or expense to replace. No mention of the T/m but I think it would be a 24v. The charger ia likely a 2 - bank, and if it is bad upgrading to a 3 bank would be what I'd do.

BBD, since you have to drive outta state (not a huge distance by any means), let him know that if anything's misrepresented or you find any problems he didn't mention, he just cost you some gas money.
While I'm not a boat owner...yet...I've sure done some monitor shopping! While I wouldn't call it a steal, it does seem like a fair price.
Big outboards are certainly nice, but depending on the water you're fishing, that motor could be more than enough for you.
I lived all around Jax for 3 1/2 years. Mayport, Arlington. Southside....one of these days I'm gonna pay Jacksonville a visit, if only for Bucket's Baja Beach Club all you can eat wings on Tuesdays!

Well of course you guys know that's just an asking price and I like to heckle prices down a bit.

Mallen, I hate JAX and must leave! Trying to get down to Orlando. But anytime you're in the area, let's slay some fish!

The price is really fair, but offering him 6,000 and see what he comes back with.

When I move up, thats the direction I will probably go. Very solid boats.

Seems like a fair price. If you are like me, you could wait a while as the more boats are out there with that hull, the older they get, and the cheaper they will go.

Go with the one you emailed me about. Newer boat and no apparent problems. Also look at the price difference, one of the two is way off on the pricing.

Thats a great boat at a great price and so you should buy it and call me so that I can help you break it in because I'm really good at that sort of thing especially when bass fishing is concerned down in Florida where it is warm and has nice open water instead if icy cold water like here where I can only sit inside and let my talents as a great bass fisherman wither and die durring the winter months and you wouldn't want that to happen.

I hear that. I've been down in Fl for the last week and a half. Fished twice and caught a few 2 pounders and a 5 pounder and BBD caught a few 2 pounders and a good 8+ lb. I leave for SC Wednesday and gonna be stuck not fishing for a few months. This sucks! On the bright side I got to fish with my boy BBD.

BREATHE, Keith, BREATHE! It'll be ok, man....just practice your pitching and flipping in the living room. Stand on your coffee table and pitch underneath the couch or end table.

I tried that but the wife put the kabosh on it after I had to unhook our German Shorthair Pointer from a jig tied with squirrel tail. Guess she didn't see the humor in it.
