It could be.....but it's pretty small. Like maybe a small rowboat.

how deep is it? seems too shallow for a full size boat to me. from what i saw, it is only 5 ft deep.

I dont know what you mean by area of coverage. But , if this is what you mean it was shooting out the 150' in each direction.

Dont think thats a picket fence, more like laydowns,as for coverage its twice depth with a tribeam and more with a quadro 180.
If one knew relative size of laydowns then could guess more accurate,I believe it is a boat, size unknown but a guess would be small like 10-15 ft,fairly narrow like a canoe or v with back silted in somewhat.

150' to each side is the Area of Coverage you are looking to each side for 300 Total Feet of Coverage...SO yes you have a boat. The Wider the area of coverage the smaller the items will appear. For Example if a object showed up 1/2" big at 50' Area of Coverage at 100' Area of Coverage it will only be 1/4" in screen size at 200' it would be an 1/8" in size so the smaller you can run Area of Coverage the bigger the data.

No kidding , so it would be very feasable to switch back and forth huh ? How do I go about switching from 150 to 75 each direction ? Also ,I cant seem to get my Navionics chip to show up on the lakes ? I am not all that smart with this yet , but I sure do love it !!
