One thing they don't have is the TT Flippin' Weights. I love those things in 1/2oz of for pitching chigger craws and brush hogs.

Hey BB, I'm interrested in the TT flippin weights. Whats the advantage of their design when compared to TT's standard weights?

I find with the shape they come through cover a bit better. Other than, I don't really know what advantages they have over the other ones, but if you look at the punching weights and stuff they have, they're all slight football shaped.

I wonder if there was something else going on... like weighted version accidentally put in a suspending package? or heavier than original replacement hooks? Had to have been something different that would have caused that.

I have been using about 10 different BPS XPS cranks, both floating and suspending (2-6') and never had a problem with them staying put/suspending even on longer pauses..

I really need to make a list of their reels to check out in store

Pro Qualifiers in Nashville will be 79.99 come this friday. With TruTungsten vs. XPS Tungsten I think (check me on this because I'm not 100%) both of them have 95% tungsten and 5% nickel in their makeup.

Yep, that's their limited edition tour model with the flashy paint job. It's also 1.7 ounces lighter than the standard model

If I didn't have a Biology Exam to study for I would be there too, but alas I can't afford anything less than an A.

Anybody got a link to or a pic of the different pro qualifier that's going to be on sale? I'm on my phone and don't feel like searching for one.

Thanks,

BB

ok, wow I looked through the whole thing and again through my physical copy and couldn't find it. I gave up and threw it on the desk only to see it on the front page... DOH!

Looks pretty cool. And the reduced weight is a plus.

Ok, couldn't help myself. Had to play with Kermy. It seems like a great frog, probably the most supple one I've used yet.

Nice! Whar do you think of the Nitro Egg? I was eyein em up, but decided to pass on em, since It looks like they'll serve the same purpose as the Fat Crank 20.
But the Bait Monkey likes word of mouth recommendations.....

I almost passed it up too but I'm a sucker for square billed cranks. I got the smaller size. Should have a nice wobble, we'll see.

I bit, but if you guy's got 25% off on LC pointers, then we in Missouri got ripped cause they were only 20% off here. I bought two, also bought 7 red eye shads. Have you all seen those in OYSTER? I can wait to get that bite going. Also got a dollar off per pack on the strike king shakey heads, as well as 25% off on Bass Magic. Bought three packs of those and a BP Pro Qualifier. I am surprised I did because it's the first Non shimano reel I've bought in over 15 years, but it seems like a really good reel for the money. Very Smooth and the spool spins freer than my newer citica's.

Gerald Swindle was pretty entertaining. I just bought some line and a couple of lures.

LCs were only 20% off in the Vegas store

LC's were 20% off in Dallas too I believe. All Zoom was 25% off, all Powerbait and BPS plastics up to a certain price point were 20% off. Buy 3 BPS stick baits for $10 and they come like 18 or 20 to a pack. I stood in front of those for 20 minutes, I wanted to buy some so bad. I just don't need another 60 freaking Senko baits, it pains me to say that.

I can definately Identify with you on that note Jrob. I go through that nearly everytime I buy any fising gear, and then when they ring me up and give me the total I say to myself "What the HE(double toothpicks) are YA DOING?!!!". Then I can't wait to get home to put it all way and pretend I didn't just drop another big wad of cash on more tackle that a large percentage of which will probably never get used. I'm going to make some angler very happy when I die.
