Default Tuckertown Report

I took my Pastor out on Tuckertown yesterday. He had never been Spoonplugging. I think he's hooked now.

Deep water is the home of the fish. Why fish anywhere else?

GOT SPOONPLUGGING?

go past the 49 launch turn on the road at the blinking light-with in sight of the launch- go over the bridge take the first right past the bridge. it is a narrow and rough as bejeebus the roads name is "river road" you will go over flat creek dike-trust me you will know it when ya see it- after the flat creek dike it is the first road on the right follow it to the end. this is flat creek launch.. also know as the cematry launch.. do NOT use the dam launch under high rock.. the launch in newsome is nasty, shallow, and even built 4x4 will get hung trying to get in or out. been there done that..

at flat creek launch be sure to go between the red and green cans. from the channel to main lake is a massive shallow water stump field in normally only 3 feet of water..

lick creek is almost inacessable-slitted in-. cabin creek is full of hydrilla-jack your troller high use the kipawa prop-. newsome creek is good and plenty..riles creek is always good- don't go above the highway bridge right now- right now the location you caught that fish at is probly the best on the lake.. main lake is at it's best right now... newsome is the end of the deep water 30+ feet the rest is 20 feet or shallower.. think the mouth of lick creek is in 12-14 feet of water in the channel.

if you want to go upstream during the fall -when i ever get back on normal shifts-let me know..
