Default Boston ice out!

Had to fly into the Boston area from Virginia for business a couple of days ago. I'd never really understood what our northern brethren were talking about when they described an ice covered lake or "ice out". Now I know and it is amazing! One day this lake was covered in ice from shore to shore and the next day it's completely gone. I don't know if that's normal but I'm glad I got to see it. Here's to the Yankee Angler! May spring continue for you and may your livewells soon be full, you patient, patient rascals all!

I was in Boston two weeks ago and it sure has a bunch of water all around the place.. I mean every where you look there is a swamp or bay or lake. Most had ice on them..

But I did see the "green" river for St Patties day.. Besides Boston has some of the best bars and places to eat I have ever had the pleasure to use my company credit card at.

Flying in, I spotted five nice sand/oyster bars to fish in the bay..

The envivment keeps them from going cabin crazy.
