College football Pool?
The ever rascally Bama's gone and mentioned college football...now I'll have the shakes until the first kickoff. Does BF.com have a college ball pool?

We do now that you came up with the great idea.
We just have to figure out the method by which we do this. Its not like March Madness. While I'm at it, there is a special thread for football talk. The longest thread in Bassfishin.com history if you dont count the word game. http://www.bassfishin.com/bassfishin...ready+football

We could go game by game, and have everybody whose in on it get a record based on how many wins they predict out of games they call in on......Best records get assigned bowl games, with the bowl prediction counting for extra points (maybe equal to three or four games)....Player with the highest number of points based on regular season div 1 predictions+ the outcome of the bowl they picked wins....In event of a tie, pot is split equally..
Just my 2 cents, feel free to agree, congratulate my genius, modify my plan, pick it apart and crush my self esteem, totally discount it, say "Dang, thats a dumb way to do it. Why not do --------" Etc. and so on.....

Haha. Its ironic that the pic you posted was Matt Caddell, #11, getting run over vs Arkansas. Hes a wide reciever for once thing., And he won the game against the piggies last year.

Um, that 38 was scored by McFadden and Jones by themselves. Especially McFadden.
In addition to losing those two, yall lose Peyton Hillis and I think Marcus Monk. And its an early season game with a new coach. Sorry, not worried about fayettenam.

I'm in for any football pool... But don't ask me my favorite team. I'm not sure I have one anymore, more of a student of the game I guess.

Perhaps. I plan on moving from Tuscaloosa before the first home game. Depending on where I move to, I might go to fayetteville.

I'm not puttin a whole lot of faith in my 'canes this year.....Actually, as of right now, I don't even have a team, because my college options are Florida State (making me a seminole) or Santa Fe (UF's community college) or the UNF in my town, allowing me to keep my canes fanship. Once I figure out where I'm headed, I'll pick a team to be loyal to, but until then, this year I'm jumpin on a bandwagon

doc and lowrider. yes we will beat ya'll too this i am thinking. haven't seen the entire schedule yet. but we are NOT ready to go for the title this year. still have j p for a quarterback.not the best for a championship team. and in my opion, not a good enough qb for bama. but we have him nd saban will do the best he can with what he has right now. as for arkansas....i have a brother-out-law who is a native sawback. and EVEN he knows not to talk smack bout the little piggies this year. hahaha. so root for cause you have to,lol, but ya'll got a LOOONG road to hoe now. and to everyone else.....yes the SEC is STILL the top conference in da nation. bar none. more SEC teams go to bowl games than any other conferance. hahahahahahaa. (that ought to get things stirred up huh? ,lmao)

ACC's in with Virginia. I just looked at our schedule and it seems like we might pull off 4 wins, if we're lucky. Go Cav's...yea.
