Amazing how a cardboard tube can make ya weak in the knees!

One of my new rods was waiting on the deck when I got home, hopefully the other will be here tomorrow.

Those Dobyns look like some serious craftmanship. Enjoy!

G Dobyns had a little write up a couple of months ago in Bassmasters about how he doesn't care for the split grips, but he will build what sells to make a long story short. So you have something in common with the rod builder Bama, just a little FYI.

and bubba, that is great to see someone ELSE isn't all that fond of split grips.
