Nice bass. Love catching them on jitter bugs. Never feel bad about wearing a vest. I am 59 and used to be a good swimmer. Now I am not so sure of myself if I'd fall in water deeper that I can't stand in. I wear a vest now. Always better safe then dead. Oh ya, welcome to the nut house.

I wear one when I am on the water, big motor running or not. You just never know and is a small item that can save your life to fish again.

Nice Bass.

Wouldn't dream of laughing at the vest. Just goes to show you have sufficient working brain cells! Good for you.

That would be a great fish on our little lake. Hope I can put one or two that size in the boat tomorrow! Hubby took me to the woodshed on our last outing and I really must do better.

That is a good little chunk, makes the day fighter for sure!

And don't think many are gonna laugh at the vest, should be the smart move in everyone's book. I'm young, good swimmer, and pretty confidant in a boat, but night fishing I keep one on. Better safe than sorry. And it's really hard to get back into a bass boat, definately with a bunch of wet clothes.

Thats a nice bass you have there, and no reason to feel funny about wearing the vest pal. All it takes is one wave from a passing boat to cause you to fall, hit your head on the way out of the boat knocking you out, and your in the obituaries.
