Well Sunday night into Monday late afternoon we got hammered by the worst snow storm of the season here on Long Island. Any where from 8-14 inches of snow, that covered ice. What a mess. At the rate this winter is going, with no end in site, me and my fellow Reservoir Rats are getting more and more depressed.

I live in Aberdeen, SD and its been about -15/-30 last couple of weeks. However the last couple of days have been rather nice. Temps about in the high 30's low 40's. Still a lot of ice on the lake and river so have to wait till it melts a little more before I can get out there

It was near 60 degrees today, but the darn ice is still there... Winter can end any time now...

Damn SD. Your highs are my annual lows. I only saw it in the 30's once in the past two years. We usually won't get below 40 at night in the winter.

I have been able a couple of times with getting the line wet so far this year. And I'll say, that even though the fish were'nt biting, it sure felt good just to be able to get out there and fish.

Just hang in there GaNg...

It wont be much longer before we're all out there walk'n the dog and jerk'n the Hawgg!

March 21. Me and several buddies are running two boats down and fishing the James River for Blue Cats hopefully we can go down the Friday night before and fish all night. I would like to think we could put some 60 pounders in the boat it has been awhile.

Good day

Jerry
