Hey yall I caught a couple of nice fish today! Last one (with shad rap in mouth) was 4.0 the other one was 6.0.(wacky worm) I know 37.20% won't even get me an honorable mention at the end of the year, but I mainly just want to establish a baseline. FWIW i caught the 6 on 4lb Trilene xl.

About time somebody got this party started! I haven't put anything in the boat even close to your bigger fish yet this year. Hopefully I'll get a pig at Lake of the Ozarks this week

Well I know it's not going to win this thing, but decided to get my feet wet with my first entry. Weighing in at 4.7 pounds. She was caught on a Rapala XRap worked through a deep water weedbed. I'm still feeling sick about a "PIG" I lost today on a jig. Probably close to 9 pounds easy. Had her right up to the boat when she went airborn and threw it. I tried forcing her down by ramming my rod tip into the water but that didn't stop her.
 So I guess I'll have to get back out there and get her bigger sister!
