Default Which Hard plastic Swim Bait

If you baught one which would it be. I only plan buying one because of cost. But if i do it's not because of Bass. I get big cats on the river all the time hitting Crankbaits. I'm thinking this big Guy here. http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/descp...IM-SPBBZF.html# I think it has to be a Floater. Due to the unseen hazzrads underwater on the River. I can only afford one. Plus i can see where that exspensive bait is at all times

I'm thinking the silver fish color. It reminds me of the asian big eyed carp. This is the #1 cut bait used by the catfisherman here. So i think it would do a good job matching the hatch.

looks like a good swimbait to me. but i would rather have one that sinks especially if you fish much current. i know what you mean about the price and not wanting to loose it. so i ask you this, does it have to be a hard swimbait? if not i would look this direction....

less expensive so you can get more than just one. plus, the type that you use with a jighead or weighted hook would allow you to change the weight for different situations. just a thought. if it has to be a hardbait then here is another i think you might like.

I use Big sassy shad already. I want to use somthing that will last me along time. Somthing when i'm done that i can pass down to my girls. I have alot of soft plastic's. I want to start buying more hard plugs again. But i here what your saying about the sinker. I will take that in consideration.

Hey guys, new guy here!

I fish big baits in California.

Why does it have to be plastic bait and not a urethane or wood bait? If its a floater you are after, I would have to recommend the MS SLAMMER as a woodbait or a 3:16 Wake Jr. as a urethane bait.

The BBZ is a pretty tough and functional bait too though!

I just want a hard bait wood or plastic does'nt matter to me at all. I am not paying 30 to 60 dollars for a bait thatz all soft plastic or that contains soft plastic. I love soft plastic lures. But the cost of some these & what there made of just seams aliitle ridiclous. Down the Road i would love to have a collection of lures that i can pass down to my kids. And at those cost i would only hope it would also be the lure as well.

But still, that bait has soft plastic, the tail is soft plastic.

Hard swimbaits that donīt have any soft plastic are ABT Titan, Gladiator, Rip Shad & Wag tail, Deps Silent Killer, Jackall Mikey, Dagored & Giron, Rago Hitch & Raptor, LC Real California, Real California Premium & Real California Supreme, River 2 Sea Kong. Plus Strike Kingīs swimbaits which are nothing but ABTs with a different paint job.
