Do they fit well around the eyes or have the foam to cut the wind and side light out?

No foam, but they fit me well. I run at 45 mph and they keep the wind out of my eyes. Either way, I figure they're easy enough to find to try a pair on.

My MJ are still under warrenty so I went by yesterday and tried so many on, up to the new $279 ti frames that are very light but could not get that perfect fit so he is ordering a couple in the large frames he did not have in stock that has a solid nose piece that seals the wind out and wraps around really good for any back lighting.

Boy , I sure don't need to lose the new pair I get.

The best pair that fit, well I was not going to take the ribbin for wearing them. They said women and men were buying them but..........boy could they have some fun at the fire station the second I put a pair of those big lenses on.

I got enough nick names now, I don't need to give them any ammo for another one, don't you know.

I think I am looking for a google fit that is not going to happen unless I get some Cocoons and wear them with out any glasses under them.

I got a nice pear of Under Armour. They were about 150$, but are very comfortable and work well. They hold snug when running at high speeds and do a good job of letting you see into the water.

Tried the Fatheadz on at Walmart and ended up going back to the vision center and getting the Wiley "Jake" sunglasses with the foam around the eyes. WE'll see just how good they are when I hit the water.

Default Go with the wind protection

I 100% cannot do without the wind protection like the Jake's have. I have 225 for power and it's impossible to see without it. I even wear a full size goggle for running. So two things to consider. Running and fishing.

For the hard and cold running I use my Save Phace Mask. A lot of guys I fish with use motorcycle helments for protection. I definitely get dry eyed standing there fishing in the cold wind, so I am looking forward to the protection.
BB, the Wiley X Jakes I got today do not have a prescription, I only paid $149 for them. My insurance picked up 20% of that, so my out of pocket was $119.

Unfortunately, I have no other choice for my sunglasses but Fatheadz. Even my eye doctors, back before I got Lasik, didn't seem to give a rat's a$$ that they had no frames big enough for me. Even finding shop glasses is next to impossible.

Thanks basscat. I may have to look into that if I lose my magnetic clip-on sunglasses that came with my glasses again.
