Backyard Grill'n
OK Everybody, let the grill'n begin!
I put these chops on last night and "MAN WERE THEY GOOD!" I'm had to open my third big bag of charcoal too. Next to fishing, grill'n is one my favorite ways to relax after a hard day at work. Last edited by woody; 06-03-11 at 06:11 PM. |

Let the Grilling begin? Who stops? I know I don't, even when grilling requires a pair of tongs, a spatula, and a snow shovel.
They look good Mark, what do you have on them for seasoning? My parents like a simple salt, pepper, garlic powder on their. I do mine in my secret "Do Everything" seasoning with some cayenne or chipotle powder and some BBQ sauce. BB

Along with the usual seasoning salt, pepper, bbq sauce, I also rubbed in some sage, and a touch of ground cloves. The sage and cloves went really well with the chops. The flavor and aroma were incredible... you will have to take my word for it. mmmm!

Great looking chops!! I like that you grilled over charcoal, just not the same cooking on gas in my opinion, just cant get the same flavor.. I will post up some pics of our next outing.
