In my last post I told you I was still sick and this is why I am 27 and have smoked for 10 years and now I am paying the price with cancer in the throat so please young ones dont do it and older one please stop before it gets you too.

yea garry are they gonna be able to treat you pal? please keep us posted. as for those of us older ones that smoke. yes... i smoke. have for over 25 years. and yes it is really starting to on me as well. i know that i need to quit, tried a few times too. very hard habit to break, very hard.just might get a little help with way prices are going up on them. a VERY expensive habit. for now and later with the medical bills that are sure to come from smoking. younguns.....listen to garry ok? DO NOT START USING ANY TYPE OF TOBACCO. none of it is good for you, it doesn't make you look cool or anything, smokeless tobacco rots out your teeth and gums, gives you bad breath too and causes cancer. everyone knows what smoking does.

I was sick all last week, bad cough!

Hope you get better man, make sure to get lot of sleep, soup, and imo one of the most important thing, fresh air! Just go out side on the porch and read, or what ever. You could also open all the window to get the air circulating in the house.

That's rough, Garry. Very sorry to hear that. Best wishes and prayers on sucessful treatment.
You and the others who have already stated it, are 100% correct. There is nothing good about smoking whatsoever.
Been doin it myself for over 20 years. Am currently in the process of quitting, started taking Bupropion, or whatever it's called 4 days ago.
With the insane way the taxes are going up, hopefully more people will be obliged to quit.

Yup, been about the same amount of years for me. But as you said about the cost, it's got me about ready to do it.

That's great! My mom had cancer after I was born! She started eating some power that you add to yogurt call immunocal. It boosts you immune system and helps you fight off stuff. btw she made it through ok. This was also a time that my dad started fishing more, kepted him away from the stress! Try it out, it may help!

Ok more news after doctor #2 said doctor #1 was an dumb @$$ I now need to see an third and mabe fourth doctor to find out what it really going on . So lets do the math Doctor #1 bill $4700.00 doctor # 2 bill $4400.00 wow lots of money for people who dont know spit from pee. I guess Ill go broke or die before I find out the truth.

Health Insureance what is that oooooo that stuff that was costing me and my wife 500.00 an month and we got rid of last year because of this .

Sorry to vent but I just do get some things. When my son was two weeks old he had trouble breathing and was turnig blue so we did what any parent would do we rushed him to the ER they put him in an OXY tent so he could breath doc sayed he could have died in an nother hour if we had not done that. So then we get the bill WTF is this. The IN. company wont pay because at 2:00 in the morning we didnt call his doctor first. Then when he was four months he fell out of an shoppin cart and hit his head so back to the ER we go. Humm guess what happened next........... yep IN. wont pay again. And last My wife was in bad pain her doc says he cant get her in for an week so ER it is come to find out she had an sist that burst and was making her sick. Can you guess what I am going to say next................. Yep IN. no pay. So 500.00 an month they get from me and thy wont pay for spit.

Your insurance really stinks Garry. Mine is bad enough, but I've never heard of health insurance that required a call to your family physcian before going to the emergency room.
You'd think that it's name starting with "emergency" would negate a call to your Dr.
It's stories like this that make me very happy when someone gets one over on an insurance company. Blood sucking leaches

That's crazy. My insurance I had through a job years ago pulled the same crap on me. I broke my foot and it was 9 in the evening so my wife and me head to the ER. They tried to tell me it wasn't an emergency. Insurance is the biggest scam they have going.
