Default New Rods

I haven't been around much lately, but I have good cause in the name of fishing. I have been working on 2 new rods. The first is a TN Vols themed rod. I am not completely done with it, but I took a few picks tonight and though I would throw them up on the board. "Ole Rocky Top" Mudhole CRB IM6 orange blank - 6'6" Med-Fast
I hope it would make Bill Dance proud hahahaha

Not finished yet. I have to finish the tiger wrap and install decals and debate on whether or not to leave the orange tinted white, or roll with it.

And just simple guide wraps. This is the second layer on the guides. The guide foot bled through pretty bad. I could live with the color tint from the black, but didn't care much with the foot showing like it did.

This is the second. It is a high school themed rod. It is the same blank, but in emerald green. "The Mustang"
Not sure why the tiger wrap isn't showing on the right side, it has good movement, maybe a bad angle.

I am not too crazy about the bass decal, but it was from the guy that asked for the rod and he insisted. Gotta give the man what he wants. This one has a total of 6 different decals.

I had to 2 time the wraps like the TN rod, but I am happy the way it turned out.

This is some nice work! The Bill Dance rod would go great with my Bill Dance hat, signed by the man himself!

If you can make that ugly orange rod, where is the Blue Kentucky Wildcat rod?

If you got the money brother, I got the time. Your Kentucky blue is in the middle or take your pick:
