Default Prayer request.

We had some tragic news from my dad's side of the family today. I don't want to go into details, but please keep my cousin's family, the Carsons, in your prayers.
2012 started off terribly for them.....

I have a few more details about what happened now. My cousin and his wife had taken their kids to see her family for New Year's. I think one of their neighbors had gotten a go cart for their kids for Christmas. Whoever it belonged to, my cousin's 11 year old daughter was driving it, and ran into a parked car. Her dad was the first one there.
Everybody take a second and go hug your kids, I don't care how old they are. It's been hard for Louann and I to even put Caitlyn down for a nap and leave the room.
Keep praying for all of us, especially Lee and Jennifer Carson, and their 8 year old son Garrett.

Daniel, I imagine what you and your family is going through. This is a horrible thing for someone to have to go through. I can totally understand you and Louann taking it especially hard, Britney and I would be the same way. You and your family is in our thoughts and prayers buddy.

Oh NO! This is just so tragic! I can't imagine the level of hurt that you all are feeling.

And the thought of the Dad being that first one at the scene to see his daughter... just so tragic!

I am so sorry for all of you.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all involved, especially the Dad.

Exclamation News report of accident

Daniel, I hope it is ok with you, that I posted a link of the news report to this accident.

If you want me to delete it I will.

I just thought that this would help everyone with their grief.

Daniel, I can't even imagine and finding words to say is hard. My heart breaks for the family. I can only imagine what Lauras parents must be going through. And I know how hard this is too on you and Louann. I'll be praying for all of you and asking God to especially be with your cousins family.

That was, without a doubt, the hardest funeral I've ever been to. 11 years old, and gone in literally seconds. 2 days before, she was at the Music City Bowl, watching her Bulldogs beat Wake Forest. She was such a big Bulldogs fan, they buried her in a maroon and white MSU t-shirt.
Keep the prayers coming.....they're going to need them, especially now that most everyone has gone back to their homes, and they're stuck at that seemingly empty house. Laura's room is right by their kitchen....their kitchen table is practically in the doorway. So several times a day, every day, they have to look in and see her posters, stuffed animals, clothes, shoes, all still sitting there. I can't imagine.....

I'll continue the prays buddy. I remember when my cousins daughter of about the same age passed away. It just didn't seem real. The father was out of the picture, so her mom had to handle it alone at night. It was heartbreaking. My thoughts are with the Carsons.

Daniel, I'm struggling to say what I need to say having been in your cousins shoes 21 years ago.

I'm still struggling so I'm praying for Lauras mom and dad. Daniel I'm praying for you and Louann

I'm sorry Daniel I just can't get the words out

I understand, Ron. You've said a ton already, in very few words. Thanks for the PM the other day.
