Tex, I like Ish too... but early in this thread someone said he relies a lot on electronics... or did I misread? I would bet on some older guys who have been competitive before things got so sophisticated...

OOPS.. I meant to throw a couple names on that last post. How about Rick Clunn or Zell Rowland... Someone like that?

I Fish With A Pro Fairly Often Who Is Good Friends With Kvd. And I Asked Him If He Really Does Use Strike King Lures Like He Says He Does. Frank Told Me That He Really Does. He Just Modifies Them A Little.

That capitalization of the first letter of every word is killing me big guy. And as far as the shad noise maker....no way. I put it up there with the flying lure, banjo minnow, walking worm and the pocket fisherman. KVD should be kicked in the nuts.

Now that's what I'm talking about right there I will be interested in watching that tourney. I still believe the pro's will do fine, but not as well as usual.

adam i dont know why you dont believe. have you tried it? Frank is really good friends with Gerald swindle. Swindle told him that he fished a bank with the biosonix off and caught 3 fish. he went back up the same bank with it on and caught 13. now had he caught 6 or even 7 it could be questionable due to angles and such... but not 13. so frank has one now (which he got through kvd) and i have fished with him using it. i swear i didnt make any of this up. it works

Bill Dance has been using the Biosonix contraption on every episode. Even gimmicks can catch fish.

KVD does a good job promoting his sponsors, I did, however, want to kick him in the nuts when he won the classic on a Smithwick after so much promotion of his Wild Shiner.
