Default Outlaw's First Message

Hey guys,New member here.Been a guest for a while, and finally signed up.It seems like I know half of ya already. GREAT SITE.,Cool People, Just trying to figure out how to navigate the site better. ( Not a computer genius) Looking forward to talking to ya. .Finally got the boat ready,and may head out tomorrow for my first trip. My goal this year is to catch a bass on a jig. I got alot of info from this site,And I thank ya all.

welcome and don't let the jig psych you out, just throw it in heavier cover and think like its a plastic worm, use it the same way, and sooner or later you'll get some bass and more confidence...keep it tied on till ya catch one, it may be a long day, but when it happens you'll have another tool in your arsenal.

Thanks for the Welcome,Fished for only about 3 ours today,Wanted to get the boat out.I caught an 11 in bass real shallow water,( Not worth a picture )
Then I LOST a BUBBA,Dove into some brush and shook off,Yea REBBASSER,my hook was sharp,I Swear it wuz.Hard fishing too windy today,and besides my sunburn I had a good couple hours of fishing.Yea Ill wear sunblock next time. Thanks again guys...

I would never eat a fish out of fresh water in South Florida. There is mercury in the fish. I also don't think the fertilizer runoff from the residential neighborhoods would add to the flavor. They are a sport fish. They are hooked, pull like crazy and usually take at least some drag, and they are released.

At least ya caught one...i went yesterday and all i caught was an alligator and a chain pickerel...must have been something to do with teeth that day...lol
