Default Another Newbie!!

Hey everyone! I found this website yesterday and I have already learned so many valuable tips and tricks. You can expect me to be posting in many questions and I hope you guys can answer some of them (I'm sure you can).. lol. Bass Fishing is tough here in South Africa, and you have to work really hard to get a decent sized bass.. (or a bass!) and thats just what im going to do tomorrow when i go fishing

Thanx for all your help so far!

LoL the weathers great hackattack... and so is the fishing. we have got tons of fish species here: carp, catfish, bream, bluegill, yellow fish, mud fish, and in some areas tigerfish (The list goes on and on) Oh and of course we've got bass!.. I will definately be posting some pics up in the near future. We going through winter now but we haven't had much rain and the temps are are still fairly high. The fishing hasn't been at its best lately. But i just can't wait for September!! .. (Spawning season!!!) lol

Well, they are sort of like carp, but abit different. They readily take crankbaits and small inline spinners etc. You get the largemouth yellowfish and the smallmouth yellowfish. I personally don't fish for them, but they are a prime target for our fly fisherman here.
