Ok, I'll tell you all a little shopping secret you probably can share with your family or whoever is doing the shopping this year.
Almost every retailer has a pricing guarantee now days.
If price goes down like 15-30 days after your purchase they will match the cheaper price. Usually or sometimes with a store credit but some refund cash.
Do your own homework but I know Gander does and I think BassPro does too.

So get your 'Black Friday' adds and do your shopping tomorrow...no lines and no fear of them running out of the famous 'door-busters'. I bought a big screen one year and the store had a 'door-buster' deal on same TV. Catch was they had like 4 in stock, similar to a lot of 'door-buster' deals.
Went to store late on Friday and they matched price. Refunded the balance in cash.

Oh the fishing dept. manager at Gander told me this year they will MATCH anyones price, Walmarts, Bass Pro and frankly anyone.
So find your best deal and go to Gander Clothing Store and get your product, if your a Gander believer.
Oh Ganders 'Black Friday' deals are on line this year so don't wait for a flyer.

I got a DOI and a Cabelas flyer in the mail today, I didn't see much fishing stuff. They both had a lot of clothes, guns and various other gifty type items.

I did see that DOI has their logo hoodies for $10 again this year. I bought a couple last year and might go pick up a couple more, hopefully they will have some other in store sells too.

I have looked at several leaked adds on line. So far, I have not seen anything in fishing that was to good to pass up. Lots of on line sites have discounts on everything and free shipping if you spend enough, but the discounts are like 10 to 20 %, still nothing amazing. Last year, you could get a $300 quantum reel for $100 at Cabelas and some other places had similar or equal super deals as well. Looks like they forgot about the fishing folks this year, unless the best deals just have not been posted yet.

Maybe that's the challenge, they know WE spend hard earned cash all year long, sale or no sale. Why give us a break?
