Lake Fork early season ???
Hoping to a get a recommendation regarding the best time to visit Lake Fork between now and April. I have a buddy that has a winter retreat near the lake and has invited me down to fish with him. He just bought the place approximately 6 months ago so he is pretty green on specifics of the lake.
When do you guys recommend I make a trip down? .... I have never been to Texas..... Really know nothing about the climate this time of year, nor what to expect as far as bass fishing.... |

I would look at mid March. We have had our best times on Fork during the 2nd and 3rd week of March.
