A good read on drop shot
I know that there are some of you out there that are drop shot kings. I am not one of those. I found this to be a good article on not just the technique, but the why. It is a long read

Cool! Thanks for the link cass! I'll get around to reading the whole thing... 'tis a long read!
But I did read the flouro part. The guy uses 5lb line! That's crazy light! I've never gone under 8lb for bass! Mostly I use 10lb for light line though!

Thanks! I am going to read while I am stuck in traffic. I love using the drop shot technique, and I am in no way an expert, so any information that can make me better would always be welcome.
Update: It seems he works it the way I do. Awesome! It means I'm on the right track. Whew!

Awesome read, thanks for the link cass! I didn't read it all, but it was VERY informative. I definately learned some stuff, and hopefully I'll do better the next time out. Since the dropshot is one of my go to tactics.
