man, this old age crap makes it hard to get some up close knot tying done when you've been off all winter rofl..I just respooled 4 reels, have 3 to go and am taking a break..either my arthritic fingers wont work , or my eyes go searching through the bi/tri-focals trying to hit the hole!
After a few attempts, I finally got the job done, put my new spinning outfit together and also put some of the powerpro on my flippin' stick...
its all comming back to me now... lol

yeah, plus all the dogs were buggin me, knockin into my line and sniffin the handles...I'll get rid of the ringrust in no time! Right now its just fun buying tackle after years of no being able to afford it rofl

I have that same problem come around dusk, about trying to tie knots, it's a real pain in the back side getting up there in age. My hands/fingers are okay, but I'm starting to think I should have smoked more pot when I was younger.....

(It's supposed to be like carrots, good for the eyes) so they say.

Reminds me of that scene at the end of A River Runs Through It when the fellow is close to 80, out there alone on a river somewhere in the rockies, taking about 30 seconds to tie a knot that he used to be able to tie blind-folded in 5 seconds.

But you know what? He's still out there!

We had big glass bottles the first 3 years of grade school, everyday some kid or another would loose one off the lunch tray and splatter glass n milk all over the floor...heh

this house may be old ,but the plumbing still works...i said i HEARD somewhere,couldn't verify it tho....
my ears work fine,i can hear those bells ringing constantly..(maybe playing to much loud,fast punk rock in a 12X15 room with a 1000 watt P.A. for years helped)
