Default Grilled salmon anyone?

Ok, I know this don't even come close to the pics grillin master Zooker puts on here, but I was workin the grill and though heck, I'll post this. Both sides sprinkled with salt, pepper and garlic. Basted with a melted butter/liquid hickory smoke blend. Put a smile on everyones face tonight!

Only way to grill salmon is on a cedar plank.

apple wood plank, -its gives a sweeter taste-

nice goin keith foil is a plus with fish..i prefur to do a skin on grill unless it is catfish..
