seen it hanging in a tree and retrived it..

That looks like a Tapp Jr type crank. I have some old Heddon Headhunter crankbaits that have a hole like that through the lip.
I like it Zooker, you done good taking the time to retreive it.I mark the same red splotches on my baits but I detail them a little bit further. Let me know if you want to sell it, I'm intersted in owning it.  Ivan

Not quite the same but this here crankbait was made in NC.
 It makes you wonder if they weren't dropshotting it ? Was it ambush lures that made a rattle trap with a hole through it as a sonic chamber ? Ivan

i think it was pnj.. i posted it on a site with a tapp fanaddict..i am awaiting his opinion. i know they made tapp jr.s but i don't have any i do have full sized tapps how ever they are flat body this one is rounded..
it's definatly my favorite color.. zooker
